Meritage Farm now offers full board to ALL breeds which includes daily turn-out, grooming and 3 sessions a week on the Equi-Gym to keep your horse in shape. Other services are available upon request at additional cost. See our facilities page for photos. We have one of the very best facilities for housing and conditioning horses. In addition to our excellent staff we offer the following amenities:
- Spacious stalls with doors that open to the front and rear providing maximum ventilation and fresh air. All stalls are equipped with the comfort mat system which has an actual rubber crumb mattress under the mat, giving the horse extra support for standing and laying down.
- Automatic waterers
- Large ceiling fans help keep the horses cool.
- 120’ x 240’ indoor arena.
- 120” x 240’ outdoor arena.
- Large covered round pen.
- Equi-Gym exerciser to condition the horses.
- Grass riding areas around the property
- Trail obstacle course with a surrounding outdoor track.
- Grass paddocks with run-in sheds.
- Individual turn-out runs with all weather footing.
- The main barn was built in 2009. The barn is very bright and airy, isleway is extra wide, allowing two horses to pass comfortably.
- Fibar horse footing is used through-out the training areas providing a safe cushioned surface and less dust.
If a horse must be on a special feed or supplement not provided by Meritage Farm--the owner is responsible for providing this.
